Partial page, original Confederate document written in period ink and war dated.Private J. Crawford discharged as Hospital Steward from Delhi is detailed to proceed to Monroe to a field hospital. Matron Mrs. Mary A. Crawford to get transportation on stage to Mansfield. He is entitled to transportation to Monroe and back to Tallula and will report to Battalion Headquarters on Monday evening march.
