Captain F. M. Ives, late A.D.C. and Provost Marshal at these Headquarters, having been relieved from duty as such. Captain F. A. Vaughan, 1st Texas Cavalry is hereby appointed A.D.C. and Provost Marshal, Cavalry Forces, 19th Army Corps. He will be obeyed and respected accordingly.
