Petition to Governor Seymour of New York from officers of the 92nd NY regt requesting appointment of Rev Charles Richardson to Chaplaincy of regt. Doc is signed by 15 officers of the regt of which 4 are WIA and 1 is KIA. Doc also includes signed endorsement of MajGen John Peck.
