Sir,

I have the honor to inform you that Private L. P. Graves, Company E, 10th Michigan Cavalry transferred to this Hospital from Clay U.S. General Hospital, August 17th 1864. Was transferred to the Veteran Reserve Corps January 4th 1865, by the Board of Examiners convened in this city for that purpose.
