Of Coates Kinney, Paymaster, U.S. Army, three hundred and seventy-one dollars and twenty cents ($371.20) to be paid to the nurses and matrons in hospital at Rolla, in the several sums set against their names on the hospital muster pay call for the 28th February 1862.
