You will be pleased to have delivered under a Flag of Truce off Breach Inlet in charge of Ensign Pegram, eight (8) paroled prisoners of war and articles as per invoice under cover to the Commanding Officer at Battery Marshall, observing the instructions contained in my communication to you of the 23rd inst.
