Dear Sir,

Be pleased to accept the thanks of Captain Fraser and myself for the draft which reached us yesterday. The other ten dollars Captain F. never received. Captain Jones requests me to say John Lee did not leave Fort Delaware and received the money.

We would not have you incommode yourself in supplying us for we would rather suffer than you.

Captains F. and J. join me in kindest regards. With much respect.
