Signed twice by James W. Adams, Captain Commanding.

At this time, Captain Adams' Company is now detached from the 25th Arkansas. he states "This Company was organized for Special Service and are now under orders for active service in the field and destitute of cooking utensils." He request 26 mess pans, 11 camp kettles, 11 skillets and 11 lids.
