The following paragraph from "Circular, Headquarters, Army of the Tennessee in the field, September 10th 1864." Is published for the information of all Quartermasters and Commissaries at this Post,

"Para II. Quartermaster and Commissaries at Posts will, in no instance, retain in their employ any men fit for field service.
