15 war dated documents related to the 149th Pennsylvania Infantry - known as the "2nd Bucktail Regiment." Grouping includes a muster roll from Company D (October-December 1864), ordnance invoices, pay vouchers, Hospital receipt stating that a Bucktail private is a patient in US Army General Hospital, etc. All documents in excellent condition. Some signed by Captains John Irvin and John Batdorff (Both wounded at Gettysburg).
