The bearer, Thomas Archibald, the Postmaster of this Regiment, is detailed to proceed immediately to Harrisburgh, Pennsylvania, to receive from the Postmaster there a large number of packages and letters directed to members of this Regiment. This will be his authority to secure the same from the P.M. at Harrisburgh in any other term in his route and will be his pass for all guards and patrols.
