In accordance with paragraph 294 Army Regulations, this regiment will parade for inspection and muster in full uniform with knapsacks, haversacks and canteens. (Over-coats and blanket rolled) on Thursday morning October 31, 1861. Regimental line to be formed at 9 o'clock precisely.
