Stone, Company E, 65th Indiana Volunteers, is hereby appointed Quartermaster Sergeant to date from the 15th day of April 18164, to fill the vacancy occasioned by the discharge in Special Order No. 107, Department of the Ohio of Quartermaster Sergeant John Ingle to accept a commission tendered him by the Governor of Indiana.
