Sir:

In obedience to orders, all captured property, horses, arms, equipment, etc., must be turned over to the Provost Marshal, Cavalry Corps. If any of the property captured by the scouting party under Lieutenant Colonel Kester remains in your command, please forward the same to this office during this afternoon.
