This is to introduce B. K. Webber Esq. of Antrim, N.H. who visits City Point for
the purpose of removing the remains of Charles F. Dresser, reported as recently deceased in hospital. Please afford Mr. Webber any facilities and give him any information you can that may aid him in accomplishing his objects and very much obliged.
