To the Soldiers Aid Society

I have the pleasure to acknowledge the receipt of a most welcome box of hospital supplies. The contents will go immediately to the hospital of our army in Virginia. Never have the calls open us been so urgent and incessant as at preset so we feel more than ever thankful for everything that is entrusted to our hands.

Drawers, both cotton and woolen socks and slippers are the articles now most urgently needed.
